These terms apply to Simple Response, a service of Todd Ventures LLC, Boise, Idaho ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and text messaging program. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
SMS / text messaging terms
Program name: Simple Response customer messaging.
What you'll receive: Conversational text messages in response to your call or inquiry, such as a reply when a call is missed, answers to your questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, and occasional requests to review a business you used.
How you opt in: You consent to receive these messages when you call or text our number, or the number of a business using our service, or when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example when booking a call.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. For help, reply HELP or email contact@getsimpleresponse.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Services for businesses
Business clients receive services as described in their plan or agreement with us. Plans are month to month and may be cancelled at any time by contacting us. Refunds are provided as described in our offer or written agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited messages, or to violate the rights of others or any applicable law, including telephone and messaging laws.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by phone carriers, internet providers, or third-party platforms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
